HOLDING ONLINE WORKSHOP

ZOOM

Seamless online communication is crucial to our work. We hold workshops and discuss it with our clients frequently. Through a long trial and error, we have settled down with Zoom. It’s reliable, frictionless and has a lot of cool features such as breakout rooms to facilitate online workshops.

MURAL.CO

This is one of the best for visual collaboration, consider this as your digital workspace. This enables innovative teams to think and collaborate visually to solve important problems. People enjoy speed and ease of use in creating diagrams, which are popular in design thinking and agile methodologies, as well as tools to help more impactful meetings and workshops.

MIRO.COM

We equally love Miro as well. We use Mural.com for our online workshops especially those that we have to work with over 30 participants. And we use Miro mostly for our client works. We find Miro easier to use, especially with client works where we want to have a seamless collaboration. We love Mural because it’s made by design thinkers for design thinkers and has lots of cool futures to organize and lead a big crowd.

DOING PROTOTYPE TESTING

FIGMA

Figma is basically like Sketch. With one big difference. Figma runs 100% in your browser and lets you collaborate with your colleagues in real-time. And we love it for that.Increasingly there are more plugins and libraries made available on Figma which makes it as good as Sketch. We haven’t departed Sketch yet and to this date, we use it for parts of our operation. However, we’ll soon depart the sketch for Figma. The future of design is online, collaborative, and delivering fast results. And Figma does it all. Fast and smooth.

MAKING SENSE OF DATE

AIRTABLE.COM

One of the tools in our radar is Airtable which is basically Google Spreadsheet on steroids. We haven’t fully adopted it but our initial experimentation was very positive and we’re considering moving parts of our operation to Airtable.

NOTION

Notion is your all in one tool for writing, planning, collaboration and getting your stuff to organize. This is a popular productivity application that aims to unify your company’s work processes. It’s a common workspace for your team to collaborate, share notes and manage projects together. With a clean board interface, it simplifies the process of creating, storing and collaborating over detailed project documents. We love Notion app, however, still a lot can be improved with the tool. That’s why for some purposes we have to still use Google Sheet.

GOOGLE SHEET

Sheet a spreadsheet program by Google. Available for free with no installation required. It also offers online benefits, sharing spreadsheet documents, online storage, shared, real-time editing over the internet, and, most recently, offline access to files.
