All of them. VS Code integrated terminal, iTerm2, Windows Terminal, PowerShell, tmux, Warp, Alacritty, Hyper, the default macOS Terminal — if it outputs text, Copy Fixer cleans it.

ANSI escape codes are invisible sequences that terminals use to control text color, bold, underline, and cursor position. When you copy text from a terminal, these codes come along as garbled characters like [0;36m or [1m. Copy Fixer strips all of them in the first step of its pipeline.

Yes. The reflow engine detects preformatted blocks — diffs, line-numbered code, tool output, and markdown tables — and leaves them untouched. Only prose paragraphs that were broken by terminal wrapping get reflowed.
