Does your security team require on-premise data processing? Does your industry prohibit sending proprietary data to third-party cloud servers? If yes to either, OpenClaw is your only option. If your compliance allows managed cloud services with enterprise agreements, Claude Code's security posture is significantly stronger.
Step 3: Measure your operational capacity.
