Complex multi-stakeholder project. Core concept validated in two weeks with officers and decision-makers in the room.
2-Week Design Sprint
After every inspection, hours of admin work. The app handles it on the spot.

From scattered tools to one inspection app, connected to their digital ecosystem.
We ran our two-week design sprint to validate the core concept. All key stakeholders in the room. Four iterations before the sprint ended. The output was a working prototype with real interactions and backend logic, not a static design file.
Officers juggling several tools for every inspection.
Inspections ran on a patchwork of disconnected tools. Every site visit created hours of backoffice work. And this is an internal tool at the heart of their operations, used by officers across different regions. Multiple stakeholders had a say.
Data scattered across several tools. Moving it between them was half the job.
The process was defined but not systematized. Manual steps left room for interpretation.
Undocumented workflows. When someone left, their process left with them.
Inspection data collected in the field had no direct path into the central risk platform.
Core concept validated in two weeks. Not two months.
No lengthy research phase. No back-and-forth to find the right people. We brought all key stakeholders into the room and ran our two-week design sprint. By the end, the core concept was validated, iterated four times, and ready to build on.
Preparation workshop
One session with the project owner before the sprint. Aligned on goals, identified who needed to be in the room, scoped the two weeks ahead
Two-week design sprint
Four workshops. Stakeholders and officers in every session. We got a download on how their work actually gets done, prototyped in front of them, and got feedback in real time. No "give us two weeks to get back to you." No Figma file and a video showreel. The concept was shaped with the people who will use it.
Launched January 2026. Officers started using it right away.
Inspections at scale
Dozens of officers now run standardized inspections across hundreds of locations for some of the largest companies in Germany. One app, one process.
Same process, every inspector
The app enforces one process. New hires onboard faster. Reports come back consistent across every region.
Less paperwork after every visit
What used to be hours of backoffice work after each visit is now captured in the app during the inspection itself.
